The Brightwater food truck came to serve students on the Bentonville campus March 30 from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. The truck set up near Bogle Plaza. Brightwater’s capstone class students made three different kinds of tacos with dessert for NWACC students and staff for free. All the food was donated, and the Brightwater food truck allowed students to learn outside the kitchen and work in a food truck environment, Marshall Shafkowitz, executive director of Brightwater, said.
